Update on class chalet
Hello there everyone! An update. Well... Not really, just to explain some things.
I know some of you are wondering why we are asking everyone to pay $15 per person, even if you are not going. We have a reason behind it. We know it's not fair to those who are not going.
We are thinking for the people who are going for the chalet. If we don't make everyone pay $15, then those people who intend not to go will not go. Then those going will be affected, the price they have to pay will keep increasing.
Another reason is because it would be easier to collect the money. If everyone pays different amount, it's not easy for the person who's collecting the money. Like if you go for BBQ pay this amount, then another amount for 1 night, another for 2 nights. It's very confusing. After that, still have to count and see if everything tally.
We thought about those who are not going also. But this is the best solution.
Anyway, the excess money will go to the class fund. In another words, you can take it as if you are paying the $15 to the class fund, then we are using the money to organise this class chalet.
If you have any questions, PLEASE ASK! Really. Ask Shafiqa, Fresa, Lynette and myself. You guys should have at least one of our numbers. Right? Right?! RIGHT?! Hahaha.
