We have 2 groups of people going at 2 different times. So, please catch your names!

Jasmine, Alicia, WenXin, Teck Bun will be going to the chalet on their own due to personal reasons!

Okay, as you know, we are trying to cut down cost ! We are on BUDGET! So we need some help from you people. And that is to help to bring some stuff that we require, and that is if you guys have it at home (:

List of things required:

1) Bottle of Chilli Sauce
2) Satay Sticks
3) Party Forks, Spoons, plates
4) Tissue Box / Kitchen Towels
5) Brush ( you know those brushes to brush margarine on food? yeah that kind! ok i think im answering my own qns haha)
6) Box of Aluminium Foil ( so we can wrap err the food like potato, corn while bbqing (: )
7) Potato Chips ( if you guys stock these at home, you might want to bring them to chalet to share it with US (: )
8) Water dispenser ( small one will do )

2) Cards -> Poker cards, Old maid, Uno etc etc
3) Mahjong

Meeting venue: Pasir Ris Mrt Station
Amount of money to bring: $15 ! This is for class fund + chalet. Those who are not going for the chalet, you still need to pay this $15! So, everyone please pay Fresa the Treasurer !

Things to bring:

1) 2 to 3 sets of clothes + undergarments ( like duh!) - up to individuals (:
2) Shampoo
3) Body Foam
4) Hair Brush/ comb
5) Towels
6) Toothbrush and tooth paste
7) And things that we required and you have it at home and dont mind bringing it to the chalet (:

Hi there everyone!

Ok, so meeting time has been changed. There will be two groups cause 1 bus can only take 10 people. So here's the timings.

3pm (3.15pm bus): Shafiqa, Fresa, Hazel, Lecia, Ben, Janice, Vanessa and Xinying.

4pm (4.15pm bus): The rest.

Will let you all know if we changed anything. So please keep coming back. Oh, if you are going there late or going on your own please let one of us know. Thanks!

We are also trying to reduce the cost, so it will be great if you guys can help us by checking if you have things like charcoal, fire starter, tongs for charcoal and food, plates, cups, utensils, things that you think we need. Oh! Bring lighter! Important. Yup! Let us know. Thanks a lot!

Update on class chalet

Hello there everyone! An update. Well... Not really, just to explain some things.

I know some of you are wondering why we are asking everyone to pay $15 per person, even if you are not going. We have a reason behind it. We know it's not fair to those who are not going.

We are thinking for the people who are going for the chalet. If we don't make everyone pay $15, then those people who intend not to go will not go. Then those going will be affected, the price they have to pay will keep increasing.

Another reason is because it would be easier to collect the money. If everyone pays different amount, it's not easy for the person who's collecting the money. Like if you go for BBQ pay this amount, then another amount for 1 night, another for 2 nights. It's very confusing. After that, still have to count and see if everything tally.

We thought about those who are not going also. But this is the best solution.

Anyway, the excess money will go to the class fund. In another words, you can take it as if you are paying the $15 to the class fund, then we are using the money to organise this class chalet.

If you have any questions, PLEASE ASK! Really. Ask Shafiqa, Fresa, Lynette and myself. You guys should have at least one of our numbers. Right? Right?! RIGHT?! Hahaha.
